How do I place an order?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Item code and colour (if applicable)
Mailing address for postage
Do I need to enquire on the availability of an item before placing an order?
There is no need to enquire about stock availability. All items are available for purchase, unless indicated as "sold out".
If the items are sold out, can they be re-stocked?
Yes, please e-mail us with your name, contact number and the items (name and code) which you would like us to re-stock.
Do I need to make any payment for re-stocking?
No payment is necessary for re-stocking. However, we would appreciate it if you do not back out of your order after the items have been re-stocked.
How long do I need to wait for the items?
We will contact via e-mail once the stocks are available (usually after 10 to 14 working days).
We will also duly inform you if the items are not re-stockable.
